摘要
[目的]了解盐城市盐都区食品从业人员乙肝病毒(HBV)感染状况,以便采取有效措施,控制乙肝的传播。[方法]对2008~2009年到盐都区疾病预防控制中心进行健康体检的食品从业人员检测血清HBsAg,阳性者检测乙肝五项指标。[结果]2008~2009年合计检测12485人,HBsAg阳性者275人,阳性率为2.20%。HBsAg阳性率,男性为2.82%,女性为1.76%(P〈0.01);各年龄段在2.08%~2.87%(P〉0.05)。检测189例HBsAg阳性者,HBeAg阳性率为20.11%,18~30岁、≥31岁分别为38.46%、10.48%(P〈0.01)。[结论]盐都区食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率较低。
[Objective]To understand the status of hepatitis B virus infection among foodemployees in Yandu district, so as to take effective measures for the spread of HBV. [Methods]Sera collected from the employees in food practitioners were examined and analyzed by ELISA for HBV markers from 2008 to 2009. [Results]Among 12 485 employees tested, 275 serum samples were HBsAg ositive, accounting for 2.20%. The rate of male employees in HBsAg positive was 2.82%,significantly higher than 1.76% of women( P 〈0.01). Practitioners of all ages positive rate of HBsAg was 2.08% to 2.87%. 189 cases of HBsAg-positive were tested of HB markers,the rate of HBeAg positive was 20. 11%, while the 189 cases in 18 to 30 year old employees of the HBeAg positive rate was 30. 46% significantly higher than 10. 48 % of those aged 30 or above. [Conclusion]The overall positive rate of HBsAg is low among food employees in Yandu district.
