宁阳县多部门参与外来妇女艾滋病常规筛查效果分析

Analysis on Multi-sector Participation in HIV/AIDS Routine Screening among Immigrant Women from other Provinces in Ningyang County

[目的]探索形成多部门参与的外来妇女艾滋病筛查模式。[方法]2007年7月开始,宁阳县通过多部门收集外来妇女名单,由疾病预防控制中心汇总,分发到各乡镇卫生院采血(其中婚前查体者由婚姻登记处现场采集),统一检测HIV抗体。[结果]2007年9月,各部门合计提供既往外来妇女2 370名,核实确定为926名,确定需要检测的489人;2007年9月至2009年8月,各部门合计提供新外来妇女939名,经核实确定为447名,确定需要检测的407名;2009年6月随机抽查发现54名外来妇女,均已登记。外来妇女艾滋病检测率,项目实施前为39.36%,实施期间为99.44%(P<0.01);检测及时率,项目实施前为2.35%,实施期间为70.27%(P<0.01);项目实施前、实施期间分别检出HIV抗体阳性者1例和6例,未发现二代感染者。[结论]宁阳县多部门参与外来妇女常规筛查工作对于及时发现外来妇女中的艾滋病疫情,防止疫情传播效果明显。

[Objective]To explore and set up an effective model for multi-sector participation in HIV/AIDS screening a- mong immigrant women. [Methods]Since July, 2007 lists of immigrant women were collected by multi-sectors, accumulated by the CDC,and distributed to township health centers for blood samplings and test on HIV antibody. [Results]A total of 2 370 immigrant women were supplied by multi-sectors in September, 2007,926 of them were checked and 489 of them were confirmed to be tested. A total of 939 immigrant women were supplied by multi-sectors from September, 2007 to Au- gust,2009,447 of them were checked and 407 of them were confirmed to be tested. 54 immigrant women were found by random sampling and all were registered. The detection rate was 39.36%before project implementing, and 99. 44% after project implementing （ P 〈0.01）. The timely rate of detection was 2.35 % before project implementing and 70.27 %after project implementing （ P 〈0.01）. 1 and 6 HIV/AIDS positive cases were found respectively before and after project implementing,with no secondary transmission. [Conclusion]Multi-sector participation in HIV/AIDS screening among immigrant women is obviously effective in finding HIV/AIDS epidemic timely and curbing the spread.
