摘要
探讨了粗纱工艺条件及设备状态对粗纱张力伸长率的影响及控制方法,并就粗纱张力、伸长率对细纱产品质量的影响作了相关分析。研究表明:粗纱张力伸长差异率不仅直接影响着细纱重量不匀率,而且对细纱的条干CV值和单强CV值有一定影响,减少粗纱张力伸长差异率改变粗纱内在质量是降低细纱断头率,提高细纱产质量的重要手段;粗纱轴向卷绕密度正确是降低粗纱张力伸长的基础;设备状态良好是降低粗纱伸长率的保证。
In this paper, the influence of roving processing parameters and bobbiner status on roving tension e- longation percentage (RTEP) and control methods are investigated, and the effects of RTEP on spun yarn qualities are analyzed. The results show that the difference rate in RTEP not only directly affects the yarn weight unevenness, but also affects the spinning CV value and single-strand strength CV value, Reducing the difference rate in RTEP to improve the roving qualities, which based on accuracy of roving axial winding den- sity and bobbiner in good condition, can effectively decrease spinning end breakage and improve spinning qualities.
