摘要
新服务开发已成为企业和社会关注的焦点,与企业的热情相对照,实践中新服务开发的效果却令很多企业失望。文章对新服务开发的发展趋势进行探讨,以期为企业提供实践的参考方向。
New service development（NSD） has become a focus of enterprises and the society.Contrary to the enthusiasm of enterprises,the effects of NSD in practice have disappointed many enterprises.This paper probes the development trend of NSD with a view to providing a reference for the domestic NSD’s practice which has just started.
