摘要
21世纪在人口年龄结构上的显著特征就是人口老龄化,在此背景下,老年抚养比上升,退休寿命增加导致的基金支付期限延长,离退休费用刚性攀升和我国板块化的制度结构都构成了养老保险制度面临的挑战。因此为了应对挑战,研究相应的对策显得必要和迫切。
Population aging is a salient feature of 21st century in terms of population age structure.In this context,high elderly dependency ratio,stretch in fund paying resulting from long life span,rise in pension and fragmented system structure all challenge China’s endowment insurance system.Thus it is very necessary and urgent to make corresponding research and draw conclusions for solutions.
