水资源短缺和水环境污染双重问题正日益成为制约一些国家经济社会发展的瓶颈。新加坡以"四大水喉"管理模式实现了水资源的自给自足。该文分析了新加坡在节水用水方面的一些做法和中国水资源状况,提出了中国水资源合理开发利用的对策。

Water shortage and water pollution have already become the bottleneck of economic and social development for some countries. Self - sufficience of water resource has been realized through ＂ Four National Taps＂ management mode in Singapore. Some measures of water - saving and water - using in Singapore are introduced in this paper. Based on the situation of water resource in China, the relevant countermeasures of rational exploitation of water resource are also put forward by the authors.
