An Analysis and a Research of the Current Situation of the Archive Management in Enterprises

企业在市场经济条件下作为生产主体,其档案管理在企业发展中起着越来越重要的作用。但是企业档案管理的机制尚不适应市场经济的发展,本文从国有企业与民营企业档案管理工作盲点出发,分析管理现状。结合现代企业信息化工程,对如何有效开发档案信息资源,如何使企业档案更加科学化,程序化进行探讨。

The main bodies of a market-oriented economy system are enterprises in which archive management plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.At present,the mechanism of managing archives in enterprises doesn＇t suit the development of the market-oriented economy.Therefore,the paper starts from analyzing the weaknesses of the archive management in both state-run and private enterprises and gives a thorough understanding of their archive management situation.Based on the modern enterprise information project,it also discusses how to develop archive resources effectively and how to manage the archive in a more scientific and systemic way.
