摘要
用特定的原料油及工艺制成基础油，并添加评选出的粘度指数改进剂、抗乳化剂、抗氧化剂、防锈剂和减摩剂等凋合成耐水真空泵油。经评选，认为该油比现有真空泵油具有更好的油水分离性、氧化安定性、防锈性和消泡性，适用于水汽易进入真空系统的矾械润滑，在实际使用中具有较好的经济效益。
The water - proof vacunm pump oil was formulated by the base oil made by specific feedstockand technique and selected additives such as VII, emulsion inhibitor, oxidation stabilizer, antirust additive andanti - friction agent. The evaluation showed that this oil is better than the present vacuum pump oil in oil- water separativeness, oxidation stability, antirust and antifoaming properties, is suitable for lubricating machanismwhich steam is easy to get into its vacuum system. There is a better economic benefit in practical service.
