摘要
残存的封建残余和特权因素仍表现在社会生活中的各个领域,根源十分复杂。在中国法治化的进程中,清除思想、政治上的封建残余和特权因素的影响,是中国实现法治的必要前提和基本要求。
The remains of feudal remnants and the factors of privilege are reflected in the various fields of society,whose roots are very complicated.In the process of legalization in China,it is very important to clean out the ideological and political influence of feudal vestiges and privilege factors,which is the essential prerequisite and basic requirements for legalization in China.
