摘要
我国现阶段由"强资本弱劳动"格局所造成的劳资矛盾已成为构建和谐社会的一个非常大的障碍。对劳资失衡的原因进行了分析,并从工会、劳动者、政府、企业等4个方面对如何构建和谐劳资关系进行了探讨。
At present,conflicts between labour and capital caused by the present pattern of "Strong capital,weak labour" have become major obstacles to the construction of harmonious society.This paper analyzes the reasons for the imbalance between labour and capital in China.It then discusses how to build harmonious labour relations from four aspects such as labour unions,labourers,government and enterprises.
