摘要
"剑桥现象"是指大学在发展过程中,根据时代环境的变化实现办学指导思想的创新,谋求办学上的发展。拥有不同类型办学指导思想的大学,各有自身的优势和潜力;而不同大学的办学指导思想又具有共同的特征,这些都应成为大学确定自身办学指导思想的依据。我国大学在办学指导思想的创新过程中,应适应环境,合理定位,扬长补短,积极实施"人才强校"战略。
" Cambridge phenomenon" refers to innovating the guiding ideology of school-running in quest of school' s development with the change of era and environment. Universities of different school-running guidelines share some common characteristics with their own advantages and potentialities based on which universities establish their own guiding ideology of school-running. Universities should adapt to the environment, set up proper orientation of their own, maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones and actively implement the strategy of " talent making strong school".
