摘要
在调研上海某4E机场助航灯光备件库存管理现状的基础上,分析其不足和存在的问题;并根据现代备件库存控制管理理论,提出对机场助航灯光备件实施考虑其消耗特性的两阶段ABC分类管理方法,并提出了基于零件使用寿命概率函数的助航灯光备件最低储备量计算模型;经依托工程的具体应用,验证了所建议的备件分类方法和储备量计算模型具备一定的合理性和适用性,可为机场助航灯光备件的库存控制与管理提供一定的技术参考。
Limitations of traditional spare parts management for airfield lighting system were analyzed on the basis of field researches at one 4E airport in Shanghai. Further, a reasonable two-stage ABC classification considering the consumption characteristics was proposed for airfield lighting spare parts, and a minimum storage quantity calculation model for moving spare parts was founded based on their lifetime function. The practical application showed that both the classification method and calculation model suggested in this paper were of reasonability and practicability.
