摘要
对灯罩形状件进行了成形工艺分析并对其模具实现了数字化设计。通过研究零件的冲压工艺,制定了零件的成形方案。对传统落料与弯曲成形模具进行了结构性修改以适应本零件的落料和压筋工序一次成型的特点。利用CATIA软件建立了模具的三维实体模型,对模具进行了数字化预装配,并用软件检查,排除模具内部干涉,从而提高了模具设计的效率和精度。
The forming process analysis of lamp-shade part and the realization of its dies digital design have been mainly talked about. The forming plan of this part is set out by studying its stamping process. To meet the feature of this part that blanking and beading processes should be carried out at the same time, the typical dies has been modified structurally. Built the 3D solid model and carried out digital pre-assembly by CATIA software. Through the software, inspected and analyzed the interference of dies,in this case the accuracy and efficiency of dies design has been increased.
