摘要
本文将线型聚丙烯辐照改性后进行了模压发泡,并对发泡材料的性能进行了研究.结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加,泡孔结构越细密均匀,弯曲模量逐渐升高,维卡软化点逐渐提高,说明经辐照改性后的聚丙烯没有出现泡孔合并现象,有较好的发泡性能.
The foaming property of polypropylene under certain irradiation dose was discussed with the method of mould foaming.The result is that: as the irradiation dose increasing,the cell structure becomes small and uniform,the flexural modulus and vicat softening temperature increase gradually.It indicates that polypropylene under certain irradiation had a finer foaming property and the break of cell wall didn't happen within the foaming process.
