摘要
研究了多种有机胺介质(三乙胺、甲酰胺、乙二胺、六次甲基四胺)对石膏转化氯化钾制取无氯钾肥硫酸钾的影响,结果表明:4种有机胺介质中,以六次甲基四胺对该液固反应的促进作用最为强烈,不仅有较高的氯化钾转化率,而且操作简便,无污染,成本低廉。同时找出了以六次甲基四胺为反应介质时的优选工艺条件。
The influence of
different kind of organic amine medium(e.g,triethylamine,formamind,ethylenediamine and
hexamethylenetetramine) on producing potassium sulfate from potassium chloride by
conversion of gypsum is studied.The tests show that among four kinds of organic amine,the
promotive function of hexamethylenetetramine to the liquid-solid phase reaction is the
strongest.Not only is there higher KCl conversion rate,but also operation is simple without
pollution and the cost is cheap.Meanwhile,the optimum process conditions with
hexamethylenetetramine medium are determined.
