摘要
批量实验研究了反应媒循环法由湿法磷酸生产纯净磷酸二氢钾新工艺中各阶段的净化率水平。研究结果表明,该工艺过程中的脱氟、脱硫预处理能较好地脱除湿法磷酸中的硫、氟、硅、铅等杂质;反应媒则对钡、锰、钠、钙、镁、锌、镉等金属离子及砷和硫的净化效果较好;磷酸二氢钾结晶过程对铝、铁、锰、钡的净化效果较好。产品达到HG2321—92标准。

producing pure potassium dihydrogen phosphate from wet-process phosphoric acid by
circulation method is studied.The result of test shows that the pretreatment of defluorination and
desulfation is good for removing the impurities,such as S,F,Si and Pb from wet-process
phosphoric acid,the reaction medium circulation for removing the impurities,such as Ba,Mn,Na,
Ca,Mg,Zn,Cd,As and S,and the crystallization of potassium dihydrogen phosphate for removing
Al,Fe,Mn and Ba.The quality of potassium dihydrogen phosphate can reach the standard of HG
2321-92.
