摘要
文化多元是当下的社会现实,也是教育的理想和追求目标。然而许多民族学校文化中却是单一文化一统天下,具体表现在课堂、课程和校园文化层面。对民族学校固有的民族文化现象关注不够,导致少数民族学生对本民族文化的认同度降低,妨害了民族文化的传承。本文以文化学为视角,运用文献、反思和建构等方法,对民族学校的文化进行重新选择,认为只有从学校文化的课堂、课程和校园等层面整体入手,才能实现民族学校的文化多元化选择。
The current multicultural society is the ideal and goal of education.However,ethnic school culture is dominated by a single culture which is reflected in classrooms,courses and on campus.Insufficient concern for unique ethnic culture in ethnic schools leads to a low level of identification of ethnic students for their own culture and hinders inheritance of ethnic culture.By using methods of literature review,reflection and construction,this paper makes a reselection of ethnic school culture in the perspective of cultural studies.The writer thinks that realization of multi-selections of ethnic school culture should start from classrooms,courses and campus.
