摘要 本文通过介绍加拿大多元文化背景下的教师职业道德及其带给我们的启示,论述了承担中国汉语推广和中华文化传播任务的对外汉语教师(包括海外汉语教师志愿者)在面对不同国家、具有不同文化背景的外国学生时必须具备的职业道德素养,进一步阐明了只有不断提升自身的职业道德素养,才能在教学实践活动中真正树立起国家和民族的整体形象,扩大中华文化的影响力和传播力。 This paper introduces professional morality and spirit of Canadian teachers under multicultural circumstances and their inspirations.It discusses professional ethics and qualities of Chinese language teachers(including volunteer Chinese language teachers abroad) who shoulder the tasks of promoting the Chinese language and culture when facing foreign students of different cultural backgrounds and from different countries.It further illustrates that only by constant improvement of professional ethics and qualities,can they build the image of the State and the nation and further expand the influence of the Chinese culture in their teaching.
