摘要
高职任务驱动教学中重视学生小组合作学习的教学组织形式,目的是面向全体学生把学生差异作为教学资源,让具有差异的不同个体组成学习小组,在合作完成同一任务中通过互相帮助共同提升职业能力。本文针对目前高职任务驱动教学中小组合作学习存在的问题,从合作学习的要素出发探讨了合作学习有效策略的运用。有利于高职教师在任务驱动教学中运用合作学习有效策略提高教学效果。
Task-driven teaching at higher vocational college is an organizational form of teaching, which emphasizes stu- dents' cooperative learning in groups. Because it regards diversities as a teaching resource and takes different individuals with different forms of study groups, it aims to promote students' professional competence by helping each other to complete the same task. According to the problems of cooperative learning in groups during task-driven teaching at higher vocational college, this paper discusses the use of starting with the elements of cooperative learning. It' s conducive for teachers to improve teaching with effective strategies of cooperative learning.
