校企合作“订单式”培养学生的探索

Studies on Training and Cultivation by Orders in Cooperation between College and Enterprises

在校企合作中“订单式”人才培养模式，是高职院校人才培养的有效途径。从学生就业和企业需求两方面着手，总结了“订单式”人才培养的组织与实施方案，从而达到产学研良性互动、校企合作双赢的局面。

Elaboration for an efficient way was introduced to train talents in higher vocational colleges by a pattern called ＂order form type＂ , in cooperation between colleges and enterprises. It is summarized from two aspects of students＇ employment and enterprises＇ demand, and it can achieve benign interaction among production study research and mutual cooperation ＂win-win＂ aspect.
