Synthesis and characterization of zeolite Na/NH_4Y

摘要 合成了相对结晶度大于95%的NaY分子筛,Scherrer公式计算合成NaY分子筛的平均晶粒大小为167.1 nm。合成的适宜晶化时间为10 h,适宜晶化温度为100℃。合成的NaY分子筛经多次NH4+交换后得到钠交换度大于80%的NH4Y分子筛。NaY与NH4Y的BET比表面积分别为786.6和785.0 m^2/g,与NaY相比,NH4Y的孔性质几乎未发生改变。NH4Y的孔径分布在0.46-1.2 nm,孔径分布较窄,平均孔径大约为0.63 nm,孔容为0.34 cm^3/g。 Synthesized the NaY zeolite that relative crystallinity was more than 95%,to calculate synthetic NaY zeolite average grain size of 167.1 nm by scherrer formula.The suitable crystallization time of synthesis was 10 h,and crystallization temperature was 100 ℃.After repeated exchange of NH+4,obtained the NH4Y zeolite exchange degree of sodium more than 80%.The BET surface area of NaY and NH4Y were 786.6 and 785.0 cm^2/g respectively,compared the NH4Y with NaY,little characteristic change in the holes.The pore size distribution of NH4Y in the 0.46 - 1.2 nm,the pore size distribution is narrow,with an average pore size of about 0.63 nm,pore volume 0.34 cm^3/g.
