摘要 对锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁锂的制备方法进行了介绍。首先介绍了固相合成法的基本过程、研究改进情况以及优缺点,其次介绍了液相合成法即水热法、溶胶-凝胶法和共沉淀法的基本原理及研究进展,然后从非晶相掺杂和晶相掺杂两个方面对锂离子电池材料的性能改进研究情况进行了介绍,最后对材料的发展方向进行了展望。 The synthetic methods of lithium iron phosphate as lithium ion battery cathode material were introduced briefly.The fundamental process,improvement,merits,demerits of solid-phase synthesis were presented first,then the basic theory and research of liquid-phase synthesis including hydrothermal process,sol-gel process and co-precipitation process were introduced.And then modification status for lithium iron phosphate was described from crystal doping and non-crystal doping.The development trend of lithium iron phosphate was prospected at last.
