Vitapex和富士九号玻璃离子用于乳牙的直接盖髓术的临床研究

Clinical Study of Vitapex and the 9th Fujiglars-ionomer Applied in Direct Pulp for Primary Teeth

目的:观察直接盖髓术治疗乳牙深龋穿髓的临床效果。方法:对符合适应证的42例深龋乳牙采取vitapex直接盖髓和富士九号玻璃离子充填,并进行1-4年的随访观察。结果:其中一颗在治疗后一年因充填体脱落而牙髓坏死,其余41颗均治疗成功,成功率为97.56%。结论:在慎重选取病例的前提下,治疗技术的改进可以使直接盖髓术在乳牙获得满意的成功率。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of direct pulp capping on primary teeth with deep caries and pulp-exposed.Method：Forty-two cases with deep caries and pulp-exposed were treated by vitapex and filling with the 9th Fuji glass-ionomer and assessed clinically by followed up 1-4 years.Result：One of the teeth had pulp necrosis one year after treatment resulted from the falling of the filling.The treatment was successful in 41 teeth （97.56%）.Conclusion：Direct pulp capping was a successful and effective treatment for primary teeth with deep caries and pulp-exposed.
