摘要
针对多层包扎式筒体的环焊缝存有的焊接缺陷，及环焊缝两侧的筒节层板松动的问题，应用壳体理论应力分析方法计算出壳体各部位的真应力以及变形等；以电子计算机算出的数据进行综合分析。
Pointing to the circumferential weld of miltilayer warping high pressure vessel had weld defects out of the allowance and cylinder shells on its both sides were loosed. In this paper,using the method of stress analysis based on the theory of shell,the true stresses,strins etc in various parts of the shell were calculated,using data calculated by computer,comprehensive analysis were carried out and then got the conclusion:weld defects out of the allowance can induce cracking.
