低温刺激加重心肌病变的机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 低温下心血管疾病患者病情加重。许多研究报道了低温刺激在心肌内产生的具体变化,及其相关的细胞、分子机制。低温刺激下,心肌对缺血耐受性下降,心电稳定性降低,心肌细胞超微结构发生变化,心肌细胞发生损伤及凋亡,心肌细胞膜离子通道开放功能紊乱,心肌细胞内出现钙超载,且伴有多种细胞因子表达水平改变。本文对相关细节进行归纳与阐述,以求为探索极端气候条件下心脏疾病的特点及机制提供理论依据。
