摘要 通过间接ELISA检测了人CGRP基因在转基因马铃薯中的表达。马铃薯class I patatin基因5'侧翼区驱动下人CGRP的表达表现了明显的块茎专一性,茎段中没有检测到CGRP活性,CGRP的表达量在不同转基因株系中有差异,最高达到约50ng/mg可溶性蛋白。 Human calcitonin-gene related peptide(CGRP) expression was detected in transgenic potato by indirect ELISA in this study. The human CGRP expression pattern was tuber-specific directed by 5 'flanking region of potato class I patatin gene, but no aetivity was detected in stems. Differences were observed in trausgenic lines with highest of about 50 ng/mg soluble protein. This work lays foundation for neuronal pcptide production by transgenic plant bioreactors.
