摘要
通过测试交流阻抗和极化曲线,在扫描电镜下观察表面形貌,研究了稀土铈对1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢耐点蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明,稀土Ce加入量在适当的范围内可显著提高不锈钢的耐点蚀性能.当稀土Ce的质量分数为0.016%时,1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢可获得最好的耐点蚀性能.
Effects of rare earth on corrosion resisting property of 1Cr18Mn8Ni5 N stainless steel were investigated through measuring AC impedance and polarization curves, and the surface morphology was observated through SEM of rusting samples. The results show that the pitting corrosion resistance of stainless steel is obviously improved when adding a proper amount of RE Ce element. The 1Crl8Mn8Ni5N Stainless steel with RE Ce element of 0. 016% in mass fraction has the best performace in pitting corrosion resistance.
