摘要
测定了无碱玻璃中Fe2+和Fe3+的含量以及玻璃的透热性能,并对玻璃中铁离子和亚铁离子的吸收光谱进行了分析.研究发现在高温时无碱玻璃的透热性能与Fe2+含量之间存在定量关系,这主要归因于Fe2+较强的红外吸收.因此在实际生产中需采取一些措施,如添加少量氧化剂或还原剂,以保持玻璃中Fe2+含量的稳定.
In this paper,the contents of Fe 3+ and Fe 2+ and the diathermancy of Eglass are measured,the absorption spectrum of both states of iron are analysised.It is found that during the high temperature,the diathermancy of Eglass varys with the content of Fe 2+ because of its very broad absorption in the infrared.So in the making of Eglass,some measures such as adding oxidizer or reducer should be adopted in order to keep the content of Fe 2+ constantly.
