糖痹汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变40例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Tangbi decoction on diabetic neuropathy

目的观察糖痹汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法将80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例予糖痹汤配合西药治疗,对照组40例予西药合安慰剂治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行2组治疗前后中医症状评分、糖尿病周围神经病变积分,检测双侧胫神经的感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和运动神经传导速度(MCV)。结果治疗组治疗后中医症状评分、糖尿病周围神经病变积分及双侧胫神经SCV和MCV与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后优于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后。结论糖痹汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Tangbi decoction on diabetic neuropathy.Methods 80 cases of diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Tangbi decoction and Mecobalamin Tablets.Cases in control group（n=40）were treated by Mecobalamin Tablets and placebo.Chinese medicine syndrome,diabetic neuropathy score,bilateral tibial SCV and MCV were observed before and after treatment.Results There were significant differenced between after treatment and before treatment in treatment group,and after treatment in control group on Chinese medicine syndrome,diabetic neuropathy score,bilateral tibial SCV and MCV（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of Tangbi decoction combined with Mecobalamin Tablets has definite effect on diabetic neuropathy.
