武汉地区一品红扦插技术研究

Study on the Cutting Propagation of Euphorbia Pulcherrima willd in Wuhan

以"金奖"品种一品红进行扦插试验,从扦插基质、扦插季节、激素处理等方面对武汉地区一品红扦插繁殖技术进行研究,解决武汉地区一品红种苗规模化繁殖技术问题,为一品红优质种苗规模化繁育提供科学依据。结果表明:在武汉地区进行一品红的扦插繁殖,选择4月中旬,以花泥作扦插基质,采取500mg/L"911"生根粉快沾处理穗条,扦插生根效果最好。

Using ＇Gold Poinsettia＇ as materials,from the cuttage medium,cuttage season,hormone treatment and cutting propagation of Euphorbia Pulcherrima willd in Wuhan are studied.In order to solve the problems about Scale Reproduction of Euphorbia Pulcherrima willd in Wuhan,provided basis for large-scale breeding of quality seeds and seedlings.The results indicated that in mid-April,using flower foam as cutting medium,500 mg/L ＂911＂ fast treating the scions is the best for rooting rate.
