摘要
笔者综合了国内外近年来切花衰老内在原因研究成果,从水分及活性氧代谢、呼吸和激素变化以及切花营养改变、表观变化等方面综合阐述鲜切花采后生理特性变化,能为切花保鲜技术研究提供参考。
According to recent related researches about immanent causes of cut flowers senescence at home and abroad,to provide some reference for cut flowers fresh-keeping,post-harvest physiological characteristics changes were reviewed from water and active oxygen metabolism,respiration and endogenous hormones and nutrition variation in cut flowers,epigenetic variation and so on.
