摘要
本文运用系统优化原理,利用综合的手段,研究了育种目标约束下多个数量性状表现型向量与基因型向量的典范相关,提出了综合典范性状的数学模型.综合典范性状是S个遗传力较大的典范性状在育种目标约束下遗传力极大化的线性组合.综合典范性状作为选择指标,选择效率高,提高了多目标育种决策的科学性和预见性.
Comprehensive canonical trait (CCT) is set up in studying tile canonical correlation of the multiple quantitative characters' phenotypic and genotypic vectors by restriction of breeding objectives using integrative and optimal methods. CCT is a linear combination of s CTs which have larger heritability. The combination has maximal heritability. As selection index, CCT is unique, predictable and can result in the greatest selection effect for multi-objective breeding.
