摘要 数量庞大的植物种质资源为植物资源和育种研究提供了丰富的遗传基础,但也给植物遗传资源的保存、研究和利用带来了困难。介绍了五节芒植物遗传资源核心种质的概念及研究进展,包括核心种质研究的步骤、方法以及核心种质的检验指标及相关研究,希望为种质资源评价、开发和选育改良新品种等提供参考。 The massive plant germplasm resources provided expansive inherited basis for plants resources and breeding research while brought many difficulties in preservation, research and utilization of plants germplasm resources. The concept and research progress of core collection of plant germplasm resources of Miscanthus floridulous were introduced, including the steps, methods, as well as the test parameters of core collection, and the relative researches, in order to provide reference for evaluation, development and new cultivar breeding.
