摘要 肽核酸(PeptideNucleicAcids,PNAs),是一类用蛋白质骨架代替核酸中的磷酸核糖骨架而形成的新型分子,它不仅保留了与互补的DNA或RNA配对结合的特性,而且其特异性和亲和性都比相应的寡核苷酸高。同时又能抵抗所有核酸酶和蛋白酶的降解,在分子生物学和医药领域有广泛的应用前景。本文就PNA的结构。
