摘要
目的和方法：本文利用建立的鸡卵泡膜细胞无血清培养，研究了一些激素及生长因子对鸡卵泡膜细胞增殖的调节作用。结果：ＰＲＬ能刺激体外培养的鸡卵泡膜细胞增殖，并具有剂量依从关系，其中１０００ｎｇ／ｍｌ的ＰＲＬ达到最大刺激效果，使膜细胞增殖３５５％；ＬＨ、ＥＧＦ、Ｉｎｓ、ＣＴ和Ｔｆ亦均能刺激鸡卵泡膜细胞增殖，且具有剂量依赖关系。
Aim and Methods:A primary serum free culture model of the follicular theca cells from laying hens was established to evaluate the proliferation effect of PRL and other hormones or growth factors on the cells.Results: PRL has a direct mitogenic stimulation on theca cells. The function of PRL on the cells was proportional to the PRL dose, the maxmial proliferation effect on theca cells was at 10 3ng/ml PRL,it induced an increase of cell number by 35.5%. Direct mitogenic effects of Lll、EGF、Ins、CT and Tf were also observed.
