Research on Three Metropolis Circles’Economic Integration of Government Mechanism in China

政府机制是推动大都市圈经济整合的重要机制，是加速我国三大都市圈经济整合的推动力。然而，政府机制在三大都市圈经济整合中到底应该扮演什么样的角色，行使怎样的职能，目前还存在很多因惑。为此，明确中央政府与地方政府各自的职能，破解地方城市本位论思想导致的各自为政局面，还得在中央政府与地方政府之间进行有效协调，这样，政府机制才能真正发挥作用。

Government mechanism is an important mechanism to promote and speed up the economic integration in metropolis circles. However, we are still confused about what kind of role the government mechanism should play and what function to exercise in economic integration. Therefore, we should define the functions of Central Government and Local Government. And the eimination of the doctrine of ＂developing the city as the core＂ and the situation of administrating the city in its own way also depends on the effective cooperation between Central Government and Local Government. Only under these circumstances, can the government mechanism bring its functions into full play.
