流式细胞仪检测CD11b在荨麻疹性血管炎活动期和缓解期中的表达

CD11b Determination in Patients with Urticarial Vasculitis During Active and Resolved Phage by Flow Cytometry

目的:探讨不同期荨麻疹性血管炎(UV)细胞表面粘附分子CD11b的表达变化及意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测12例UV患者活动期与缓解期外周血中性粒细胞表面粘附分子CD11b表达的变化,并与12例健康人进行比较。结果:UV活动期外周血中性粒细胞CD11b的表达水平明显高于UV缓解期和健康人对照组(P<0.01);UV缓解期外周血中性粒细胞CD11b的表达与健康人对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CD11b作为白细胞激活的表面标记物,与UV发生密切相关,其表达水平可反映UV患者病情的发展趋势。

Objective：To investigate the change in expression of CD11b in patients with Urticarial vasculitis（UV） during active and resolved phage. Methods：The expression of CD11b was determined by flow cytometry in 12 patients with UV during active and resolved phase.Twelve people were healthy as controls.Results：The expression of CD11b in UV active stage was higher than that in UV resolved phase and in control subject（P0.01）.Compared to normal control,UV patients in resolved phase had no differences in the expression of CD11b（P0.05）.Conclusion：CD11b is a marker of activated of neutrophilis associated with the attack of UV.The expression level changes of CD11b expression can reflect the prognosis of UV.
