nm23及p16基因在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨nm23与p16基因在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用链霉卵白素(SP)免疫组化技术对24例鳞状细胞癌和30例正常皮肤标本染色。结果:nm23基因阴性表达者肿瘤浸润深度及区域淋巴结转移率明显高于阳性表达者(P均<0.01);p16蛋白在正常标本和肿瘤标本中的表达分别为100%和54.1%(P<0.01)。结论:nm23基因缺失和p16基因突变可能在皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生、浸润及淋巴结转移中起重要作用。 Objective:To detect the expression and relationship of p16,nm23 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(SCC),and to explore their roles in the development and advance of SCC. Methods:The expression of p16,nm23 in 24 cases of SCC and 30 normal skin specimens were detected by S-P immunohistochemical staining.Results:Expression of p16 was seen in 13(54.1%) cases of 24 cutaneous SCC.whereas positive expression was observed in all normal epidermises.Conclusion:Deletion of p16 gene is correlated with carcinogensis,development and prognosis of SCC.P16 can be used to evaluate the biological behavior and predict prognosis of SCC.
