窄谱中波紫外线联合中药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察和护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Psoriasis Vulgaris Treated with Narrow-band UVB Combined with Chinese Herb Bath

目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(UVB)联合中药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和总结护理经验。方法:将79例银屑病患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例给予窄谱UVB联合中药浴治疗,对照组39例仅给予窄谱UVB治疗。两组均实施用药护理、心理护理、健康教育等。结果:经过3个月治疗和护理,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为75.00%和51.28%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:窄谱UVB联合中药浴配合得当的护理措施,治疗寻常型银屑病疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and nursing of psoriasis vulgaris treated with narrow-band UVB（NB-UVB） combined with Chinese herb bath. Methods：79 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group of 40 patients was given NB-UVB combined with Chinese herb bath while the control group of 39 patients was only given NB-UVB therapy.Both groups were implemented with medication care,psychological care,health education and so on.Results：The effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 75.00% and 51.28% respectively and the difference was statistically significant after 3-months＇ threatment and nursing care.Conclusion：The treatment with NB-UVB combined with Chinese herb bath for psoriasis vulgaris showed satisfactory results and it was worthy to be popularized.
