摘要
简述了环境司法鉴定的法律依据,对人民法院委托的环境司法鉴定案例进行了分析。指出了当前环境司法鉴定中存在的问题。提出,应进一步完善环境司法鉴定的程序;明确专业环境监测机构在环境司法鉴定中的职责;建立环境司法鉴定援助制度。
Legal ground of environmental judicial authentication was described to analysis the case entrusted by people＇s court.The problem of environmental judicial authentication was proposed to improve procedure of the judicial authentication in the future.The duty in the authentication of environmental monitoring institutions should be identificated.Legal aid system of environmental judicial authentication should be established.
