摘要
对地表水样品中10种卤代烃测定方法进行优化,找出空白偏高的原因。方法优化后的加标回收率为90.1%~104%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~6.9%,检出限为0.000 3μg/L^2.0μg/L,可满足地表水环境质量分析要求。
Determination method for 10 halohydrocarbons in surface water was optimized to combine 4 tests method and to solve higher blank values of some components.The results showed recoveries of 10 halohydrocarbons ranged from 90.1% to 104%,the relative standard deviation between 1.1% to 6.9%,and the detection limit between 0.000 3 μg/L to 2.0 μg/L.The method met the need for 10 halohydrocarbons detection of surface water environmental quality standard.
