摘要
员工的工作积极性对一个企业科学、健康、持续的发展起着决定性的作用。激励员工的工作积极性是提高高校后勤工作效益和服务质量的一个重点,也是衡量高校后勤管理水平的重要标准之一。针对后勤员工的需要,采取适合员工的激励措施,可以有效地激发后勤员工的工作积极性。
The working enthusiasm of employees plays a decisive role in maintaining the scientific,sound and sustainable development in enterprises.Arousing the enthusiasm of employees is not only a key factor in enhancing the work performance and service quality of university logistics,but also an important standard to measure the level of management.Taking some incentive measures to meet the requirements of employees can effectively arouse their working enthusiasm.
