摘要
外语学生的学习焦虑情绪是与课堂语言学习有关,产生于语言学习过程中,是独特而复杂的自我认识、信念、情感以及行为。这种焦虑情绪会挫伤学生学习外语的积极性,同时也会影响教师的课堂教学效果。本文主要从外语学习焦虑产生的原因及学生、老师可采取的应对策略进行论述,旨在帮助学生克服外语学习焦虑,提高学习效果。
Study anxiety,related to language learning in a class,is produced in the process of language learning and it is a kind of special and complex self-awareness,belief,emotion and behavior.It can frustrate students' positive attitude toward learning a foreign language,meanwhile,it can also affect classroom teaching effect.The paper expounds the reasons of foreign language study anxiety and some strategies that teachers and students can use to deal with it,hoping to help students to overcome the study anxiety and improve their learning efficiency.
