摘要
在近几年我国高校先后进行的人事管理制度改革中,专业技术职务评聘由职务指标控制转变为岗位要求和结构比例控制,从而产生了岗位分类设置、应聘人教育背景及绩效、聘任权管理方面等一系列改革,专业技术职务评价标准的转变将对高校的教科研工作起到明显的杠杆作用.
In successive reforms of personnel system in China's colleges and universities in recent years,the professional and technical post appraisal and appointment on the functionary quota control has been transited to that on the post demand and structural proportion control,which causes a series of reforms in such aspects as the post classified disposition,the educational background and achievements of the applicant and the engaging right administration.The transition toward evaluation criteria for professional and technical titles will exert the clear leverage on the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.
