Florisil固相萃取柱净化效果的研究

Florisil SPE Column Decontamination Effect

以茶叶中8种农药的检测为平台,研究了Florisil固相萃取柱的净化效果,通过回收率、色素去除效果、基线噪声三个指标来综合评价。结果表明石油醚+乙酸乙酯(90+10)、正己烷+乙酸乙酯(90+10)混合溶液作为洗脱液的效果最理想。良好的净化效果能改善GC检测的灵敏度和准确度。

Testing 8 kinds of pesticides in tea,Florisil SPE column＇s elution and decontamination were studied,through comprehensive evaluation of these three aspects,such as recovery,pigment removal and baseline noise.The results showed that the petroleum ether＋ethyl acetate（90＋10）,hexane＋ethyl acetate（90＋10） mixed solution have a good elution and decontamination effect,which can improve the GC detection sensitivity and accuracy.
