米索前列醇联合宫腔纱条填塞治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

The effect of misoprostol combine with packing bandage in the uterus on the treatment of postpartum bleeding of cesarean section

目的：观察米索前列醇联合宫腔纱条填塞治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法：采用米索前列醇联合宫腔纱条填塞治疗86例剖宫产宫缩乏力性出血为观察组，随机选择65例剖宫产宫缩乏力性出血病例为对照组，比较两组在产后2小时、3～12d、时及13～24小时出血量方面的治疗效果。结果：观察组术后2小时和3～12小时出血量比对照组有非常显著的差异（p〈0．01），术后13～24小时，两组差异无统计学意义（p〉O．05）。结论：米索前列醇联合宫腔纱条填塞可迅速促进宫缩止血，作用时间持久，效果明显，操作简便，早应用可减少输血及失血性休克发生，是治疗剖宫产产后出血安全有效的止血方法。

Objective To observe the effect of misoprostol combine with packing bandage in the uterus on the treatment of postpartum bleeding of cesarean section.Methords： 151 patients with uterine inertia during the cesaream section were divided to 2 groups ：86 in the studies group and 65 in the control group. The studied group was treated with misoprostol and packing bandage in the uteruses, while the control group just was observed, we copared to the amount of bleeding between the 2 groups within 2 hours, 3~ 12hours and 13~ 24hours after delivery. Results The amount of bleeding between the 2 groups within 2 hours, 3~ 12hours after operations was quite different（P〈 0.01）, but the amount of bleeding within 13~24 hours was not statistically significant（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion misoprostol combine with packing bandage in the uterus is effective and safe in treating with postpartum bleeding of cesarean section. It is an easy and effective way to promote uterine contraction quickly and prevent transfusion and hemorrhagic shock.
