沥青混合料离析的产生机理与控制技术

摘要 施工过程中沥青混合料离析是导致路面损坏的主要原因之一,根据离析的不同表现形态可以分为材料离析和温度离析。文中分析了沥青混合料离析的产生机理及其产生的危害,提出了从原材料质量、沥青混合料拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压等方面控制离析的关键技术。 During the process of construction,segregation of asphalt mixtures is one of the key reasons to the premature failures of asphalt pavement.Based on the appearance,segregation includes material segregation and temperature segregation.The mechanism and corrosion of asphalt mixture segregation are analyzed.And the key control technologes of asphalt mixtures segregation are proposed from raw material source management,mixing,transportation, paving and compaction in the paper.
