高职院校学生党建与就业双赢模式研究

The Win-Win Model Research on Students' Party Building and Employment in the Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生党建工作与就业工作是当前高校各项工作中两个重要组成部分,也是当前高职院校急待解决的两大主要课题。随着较多高职院校逐步全面推行"2+1"订单培养模式,高职院校学生党建工作与就业工作之间的关系越来越重要,给高职院校负责学生党建和就业工作的工作者带来了新的思考。文章通过分析在新形势下如何进一步发挥学生党员的优势做好大学毕业生的就业工作。结合高职院校实际,提出适合高职院校学生党建与就业双赢模式的几点建议。

The Party building and employment are two of the major work in higher vocational colleges currently,also two major issues need to be solved urgently.With the full implementation of＂2 ＋1＂training mode in more and more vocational colleges,the relationship between students＇ Party building and employment is becoming increasingly important,which forces staff who are in charge of these to take a new perspective.By analyzing the new situation, this paper discusses how to promote students＇ employment by taking advantage of students Party members, and presents some suggestion on the development of new win-win model for both Party building and employment.
