摘要
文中针对当前高职院校师资队伍建设问题进行了分析和阐述,并提出了切实可行的措施,以提高职业院校师资队伍水平。
Currently,the vocational colleges have to pay attention to the group of teachers on construction and existing problems.Therefore,some practical actions may need to hence the level of the teachers group in vocational colleges.
