高职学生分层次分阶段思想政治教育模式探索

An Exploration on the Mode of Tiered-staged Ideological and Political Education in Vocational College

当前高职学生思想政治教育存在缺乏层次性、持久性、针对性、系统性和开放性等诸多问题。在树立分层次分阶段思想政治教育新理念基础上,根据高职学生的心理特点和成长规律,构建在总目标引领下的分层次分阶段思想政治教育的新模式,有助于改进高职学生的思想政治教育。

In vocational college students’ ideological and political education there exist problems of lacking tiers,persistence,pertinence,system,openness.According to the students’ physical and psychological development characteristics,it is helpful to improve the ideological and political education in vocational college by constructing a new tiered-staged educational model guided by the general objective and based on the current educational concept.
